route-to-market development, key account management (national
and global), distributor management, agency brand management,
direct to market sales and e-commerce. |

We’ve worked extensively with big global blue chip brands
and significant growing local brands specifically in the drinks,
food and luxury market sectors. |
Marketing:
We’ve held marketing director-level roles for multinationals
and SMEs. Our detailed knowledge spans the marketing spectrum
from market research and new product development, design and
pricing, to integrated brand campaigns, including all media
types and sales promotion, store merchandising and education
programmes. |
Strategy
and planning: We have depth of experience
in producing and delivering global strategic plans through
to local market plans to include: 5 year strategic plans,
global brand plans, local brand plans, market plans and key
account plans. |
